Singapore Art Museum :)

During our last creative thinking class right before the tutorial week, our class went to the Singapore Art Museum that is located very close to our NAFA campus. The main task for this outing is to figure out where the shaggy hair artwork is and discover the other famous hairstyle that are booming nowadays.

The origin of the Shaggy hair artwork is from Java indonesia. It is originated from the place i came from but to be frank, i rarely see that kind of hairstyle in the city. however you might be able to spot that kind of hairstyle in the village side of java :)

The Shaggy hairstyle looks so heavy and complicated. the shape is strange and not so attractive :p but then it must have a special point since it is put inside the Singapore Art Museum. The current famous hairstyle that i picked is the ombre and layered hairstyle. we were asked to draw it with pencil colors, and it was quite interesting.

After we have finished all of our tasks, we were allowed to explore the Museum. it is very enormous and there are so many fun and exciting artworks presented. some works were really interesting and it attracts so many viewers.

One of the most unforgettable things that i saw in the museum was the butter dance! it was so weird yet funny at the same time. all of us who watched it laugh at lot when we see the video of the butter dance! :D

it was definitely a good experience for all of us to be able to explore the Singapore Art Museum. we can see so many amazing and extraordinary artworks. now all of us might set a goal to be able to present our artworks inside the Singapore Art Museum! Thank you Ms Kim for bringing us to this amazing museum and thank you NAFA for giving us the free pass to enter the Singapore Art Museum :) Adios...!
